The radio in my GS 300 has gone wild in two ways.

One is that only half of the display lights up, maybe a burned out bulb. Does anyone how difficult that is to fix and what's involved? Not all that wild a problem, just a nuisance.

The second one is that when the radio is turned on, the display goes wild showing gibberish for awhile. Eventually it gets over its tantrum, but until it does it's quite a distraction. Any ideas?

If you need a replacement I have a none ML in excellent condition sitting in the garage...You can have it for really cheap.

What do "ddin" and "none ML" mean? I'm not up on the abbreviations?

Thanks for the clarification. I know what a Mark Levinson is, that is, I don't have one. But what is a "double din" radio? The lexicon is advancing faster than I am.

lowKut, what year and model does your radio come out of? Does everything work? And how much are you asking?
