yea i feel you on that! i should've researched more before i committed to buying these but too late! i'll eventually change them but i'll rock them for now! its not the thickness that bothers me its the fact that the white part is straight clear, no checkerd effect like on stock tails and others ive seen. you can see the bulbs from a mile away. thats the only thing im not diggin bout these lights but the red led's are super nice.

Welcome! I personally like the sonars(thicker clear), but i have a white gs. My cousin has a black one and he has depos (thinner clear)on it. I like those on it better. GL with the build tho!
