Talking I finally dyno'd my car. New world record? Pix and videos inside!

I think this might possibly be a new world record on a GS300 running with a piggyback(eManage Ultimate), and not a standalone. With STOCK GS300 ECU, NA-T setup, drive like a stock GS when crusing around(my mom could drive it), and this thing still passes OBD-II emissions with flying colors

Finally got a chance to strap this sucker down to the dyno. I missed the dyno day in Houston during TX2k12, and I promised you guys some numbers. The car is making some pretty strong power and it was around 85F ambient temp in the dyno room. This is my daily driven car, my white GS is going to shoot for well over 4 digits.

These numbers are with STD correction factor. We will need to re-run the car again in a few weeks. I couldn't get the boost high enough to make the maximum power of this setup. Also, the dyno operator messed up the RPM calibration a few times so the torque was reading a bit crazy on some runs. The HP is accurate on every run though.

I think I did over 20 dyno runs today, I was tuning the car to try to eek out as much power as I could. Tuned the fuel and timing for a while. At the end, I maxed out the stupid wastegate spring. Most of these runs were on 27-28psi. I went under the car and cranked the preload on my wastegate down and managed to eek out 29.1psi and it resulted in 807.9RWHP!

The car just rips through 4th gear on the dyno like it's nothing lol.
There were some traction issues on a few of the runs so we had to get 2 people to sit in the back seat.

The car broke a strap and almost jumped off the dyno! Some tire marks from the happenings lol.

Hey Jeff , I may need your settings from your emanage. Just the initial ones like jumpers and a few corrections. Also are u running with the Maf still or speed density

Congratulations! Glad it went smoothly w/ exception to the wastegate spring.

Random thing I've been meaning to ask you. W/ the ECU being in the engine bay, how'd you handle the eManage location? Are you running a long extension and running it inside the cabin, or did you mount it in the engine bay as well?

That's Insane. I wish my gs could push those numbers. haha

I'm curious, if you don't mind me asking, how much time and money has gone into this project?
