Coilovers
Hello CL. I'm loooking to purchase a set of coilovers for around under a grand. Can you please help me decide which brand is best and which rides smooth ....how does the megan EZ ride differ from the LP and why is the LP is little more expensive? .... Thanks for your help ...

i think the LP is more expensive because it has 32 way damper and the EZ has got 15.

That's how stiff or how soft it could go or how low it could go?

LP Coilovers are stiffer and also are 32-way adjustable dampening.

What spring rates are the BC guys running? I was just debating the BC's vs. the Megan LPs as well.

Depending on how low are you trying to go. If you're comparing BC to LP, I'd choose BC because they offer custom spring rates.

They do, but you'll need the extreme drop kit to go real low. I dunno if that costs extra.

Most vendors don't charge extra for the extreme kit and will customize the spring rates for you too. I'm in the process of ordering one

I run the (normal) BC's with 12k springs on front and 8K springs on the rear. This is still comfortable and i dropped the car about 4" .
Stock height vs my height.
