How much money have you saved because of Club Lexus?
In appreciation for this great forum I would like for people to estimate how much money they have saved due to the countless tips, instructions, interactions, advise and classifieds on this great site
I have a 1992 LS400 and a 1998 GS400 and I would estimate a conservative 3000 saved over the last 4 years because of this site!

I've actually dropped about 4,000 towards thecar because of this site lol ... I had all intentions on keeping her stock but after my first month i started doing stuff and spending money. No complaints i spend it with a smile. However the lbj situation did save me money and stress. Love this forum!

Hmmm, more like how much I threw away BECAUSE of Club Lexus. LOL. I always said that I just wanted wheels and that was it. And then I found Club Lexus 
There are alot of DIY and helpful people on the board, so yes, some money was saved.

Just be a well informed Driver
Well, Let see, My 2011 Tax Return was gone in one day. And she keep on asking me what did I do with the $$$$. And then I asked her, How is car running? She replied, great. So I told her to zipped it. Seriously, you really don't wanted to be a driver bringing your car to garage or a mechanic without doing a little bit of researching and been informed. I am planning to keep this car for awhile and someday, only someday, I got ball enough to do all the DIY tips. Thanks to all CL members, I salute 'S to all. 
( I love running yellow light with my GS ) "Don't do this all the time" guys.

Saved me From Buying a new car!
I still enjoy driving the car thanks to this site. Many, many mods and DIYs. I could never enjoy driving and tinkering the car without this site. Clearly would've been bored and probably bought something else.
How much did I save?? Cash outlay and depreciation on a new ride is huge. Every time I do a new mod, it feels like a new car and I have the confidence to do the mods thanks to this site.

I think I'm with the guys who've spent way more because of this site than what I've saved! Granted I've gotten a lot better deals on parts than I would've without being here but seeing everyone else's cars feeds my modding addiction and that feeling that I always need something more. Overall, my bank account would be in much better shape if I didn't come here.
