Unhappy front sway bar bushing noise

How often do you guys change sway bar bushing? for past couple months i'm experiencing lots of noises/rattle/clunk sound coming out of the front, especially when i'm going over small potholes/speed bumps. last night i sprayed WD40 on front sway bar bushing and replaced sway bar links and noise went away BUT that over speed bumps/potholes clunking noise still present, so i am guessing i need new bushing? its just aprx. 30,000miles ago i replaced oem ruber bushings with new daizen polyurethane bush. and now after 30k miles again? aren't they supposed last long? ........2day ordered new daizen bushing set.

Check the sway bar mount. Make sure it us still tight to the frame. It could also be you lower control arms.

Silicone grease is your best bet. Lithium grease will attack the rubber/polyurethane.

Daizen bushings (like all polyurethane bushings) are supposed to last a very long time.

You replaced the sway bar bushing with the polyHoly Bushing. what about the Lower ball joint? Is it still OEM or Daizen or Sewell/Carson bushing polyurethane bushing as well.

I'm wondering if you noticed anything obviously wrong with your old bushings when you replaced them?

I ask because I've been noticing a similar problem in my 2001 GS430 of minor clunking going over rough surfaces at low speed. I replaced the end-links this weekend.

When I looked at the sway bar bushings, they looked fine, and so I avoided replacing them, but now you got me wondering...
