Not sure but if you have the outy it's the roller. You need to get the bushing the thing that backs the bushing and the adjusting nut and wave washer. I think the spring is the same one but I replaced that also to be sure. It will make your steering feel much tighter. But the zip tie may be doing the same thing. I did the zip tie on my ls400 because the bushings in the steering column are worn but my gs400 feels super tight.

Can anyone post a picture of the inny/outty nut? I am having a difficult time finding this in the steering rack.
Part numbers would really help. The vibrations drive me nuts. I've looked at the zip tie mod, but would rather just replace the part/bushing

If you have the outy you need 44277, 45523, 45524, 90208-22002

I changed my spring also but I am pretty sure it's the same as the original

One thing about that diagram is the wave washer goes behind 45523. Putting it in front of the lock nut makes no sense. At least that is where I put it
