Default ELECTRICAL PROBLEM- Dash power cycles off and then on.

While driving, the Power on the dash will cycle off and then on. I mean everything shuts off for just a moment and then right back on. The dash lights, the gauges, the stereo, everything. The car continues to run with no problem. This happens more and more frequently and on one occasion, It happened before I started it. Got in the car and everything was dead. I turned the key off and took it out, opened the door, and tried to start it again and it was fine. (except I lost all of my preset radio stations) HELP!!! please.

WOW....I was totally over thinking the problem. I just checked it and found the positive cable a bit looser than it probably should be. I will drive it and see if it happens again. Thanks a lot....I will let you know if that was it.

Corrosion eats the connections which causes them to lose their size and become loose. If you post are still loose after tightening them, you should replace them
