Default very strange blower motor problem

I bought my gs, and the first time i went to use the heater, the fan didnt work. i figured blower motor... nope, its fine. blower motor resistor, nope theres no power to it. heater fuse bad.... pulled it out to check it, and the key was on and the fan was on on the hvac panel, and as soon as i pulled the 10a fuse, the fan works fine..... ok weird fan only works with heater fuse out, that makes no sense
ac does not work with the fuse out, nor does the automatic climate control. but the heat works and you can change the zone so ive been living with it like that. anyone run into this? im guessing the hvac panel is no good, but would like to know before i drop the cash on another one....

Try the blower motor control module. Mine was stuck on AC, heat didn't work no matter what I did, and then it got stuck on full blast also and I couldn't turn it down or anything.

i was wondering about that, but all my blower speeds work fine, so i dont know if it would make the blower not work at all with that heater fuse out....
