I have a 98 gs400 and im stuck on where to purchase my exhaust system and well other accessories etc. ive looked on ebay and local listing but Im trying to find a good deal on HKS exhaust. Or try to get the sound it supports. Anyone have any info on where I could go or what other exhausts would sound similar?

Believe the Ebay exhaust is pretty much based on the HKS for under $400.00 however it's nothing like saving up and getting the real thing. They pop up in the 2nd Gen for sale forum frequently if you aren't in a hurry.

Well the only one ive seen on ebay is for 765.00 for HKS Hi, Im just curious if there is any other exhaust that may be cheaper and give the same sound and performance. But ill check the forum as well to see if anything pops up

In my case I waited and bought a HKS from another lexus gs owner who couldnt handle the loud sound (not really loud, I call it aggresive). I got mine used, he said like 2 months old and I got his for $350. So I good bargain is put there if you have patience and can sniff out good deals.

You could go with Magnaflow mufflers and some nice tips. Check the classifieds. They do pop up.
