Default Idle low after spark plug change and throttle body cleaning

I have an 02 gs300 with 129k miles I decided to change my plugs (noticed the plugs were denso iridium and the replacement I bought are ngk iridium) for my upcoming smog check also cleaned the throttle body since it was gonna get removed after everything was together my idle got very low around 700 in park and in drive would to 450. Anybody experience this and would anybody know how I can adjust adjust the idle?

I believe your idle is suppose to be low.. Not high.

Double check all vacuum lines and check for leaks. My car idles around 650-700 rpm in drive.

Checked all vacuum lines they were good. Had my mechanic just adjust the idle from the idle stud/nut(not sure what it called) it was located by the throttle lever are. Now its idling at 800 on "park" and around 700 in "drive" and i lowered the throttle % from 15 to 13 I heard it was suppose to be lower
Than that on idle but Im pretty satisfied. Doesnt idle rough anymore.

I dont recall you can adjust idle on our cars... Do you happen to have throttle cables or electronic?
