Are you using the factory amp or did you bypass it?
Any error messages on the head unit itself when this happens?
Does the volume come right back on as soon as you turn it back down to 19?

yah, I believe the problem is that the stock wiring is not providing enough juice to the deck to run it at high volumes with the internal amp on... and a new power wire either from the battery or another thicker power wire you may find behind the dash. If you have time running a power/ground directly off the batt will produce the best results.

Personally I got lazy and turned up the gains on my aftermarket amp and I just don't go up to where the deck goes into low voltage protection....

With the 9833 if you are not using the internal amp you can turn it off in the setting iirc which should help as well..

Just my 2 cent monitor the voltage with a volt meter to the headunit and see your getting huge voltage drop if you are make sure your taping the voltage a from a good source Etc the cigratte. Socket or direct from battery if possible
