I got my white lex and I'm really liking this Black roof, for those who have done it can you post pics of it along with whole car, and fill me in on was it paint, or a vinyl wrap.

I'm leaning towards a wrap incase I wanna change it up one day... And if you got the wrap who did it and about how much was it, and are you still happy with it...

Wrap it. It will be better for future resale in case you want to remove it. Its also a lot cheaper to wrap it

There are many threads on this exact topic with pics from many members I'd highly suggest searching for them... OP, you'be been around long enough to know this

For example, I put 'black roof' in the keyword and selected search in titles, then pointed at the 2GS forum. I found these among others (and can use other similar keywords too)

I did that but was at work so it was a little harder to be online all day!! lol but the ones I looked at didn't say if they wrapped or painted and how much it cost for those that did the wrap.. I'm leaning towards that myself wanted to get a general consensus and approx cost to do....

I see you are in EDH... I am in Roseville. My buddy did his Z06 and old GS in the 3M carbon fiber wrap... Look up DASHOCKER as he did his GS in the 3M carbon wrap. Same process as the matt black roof... Runs about $150-200. Contact Rocky Mountain Window Tint off El Camino and Arden, they do a great job.

Got mine wrapped about 4-5 mos ago... Very happy with the results still glossy like its new. It comes with a 3 year warrant. So any fading he will replace it for free.
