can the bushings be replaced on lower control arms?

As the title states...Front lower control arm bushings needs to be replaced on my 98 GS400.
Can i buy daizen bushings and replace just the bushings or i need to replace the whole arm?

I believe Carson makes these bushings also. You'd be better off going with them than Daizen.
