Calling all Ksport air suspension owners.

Calling all Ksport air suspension owners.
So im having issues with my air suspension setup. Im getting irritated with them and seems like their customer service dept isnt taking full responsibility at all.
I got my kit a while back and everything was flawless... at least so it seemed on the outside. I was one of the few.. (unlucky few) who were given the larger double bellow bags for the front and unfortunately those rubbed on the suspension spindle.
This pic.. the lower mount area... where the shock gets bolted on the subframe somehow cracked and can freely rotate... unsafe...
Contacted ksport regarding the rub and obviously didnt get an answer i wanted nor did they help fix the problem.. AT ALL... Heres the response i got..
"I ran that idea by the bossman but he
said that we wouldn't be building anything similar to that since it
technically isn't any type of design "flaw", its more of a preference to the
individual if they want to ride aired out really low. Most guys that are on
CL posting know exactly what causes this problem but they choose to do it
anyways."
Sad thing is that i dont even drive low.. im so much closer to stock height with my bags.
anyways fast foward.. after maybe a full years of driving (ive had the kit stored for a LONG time after i removed it from the silver car...) The front driver side shock blew a seal and theres oil everywhere and im getting shock oil sprayed back into my trunk...
called up Ksport to see what they can do... and well i had to purchase replacements -_-...
so it did and let me tell you.. they arnt cheap to replace. I also went ahead and purchased another sleeve bag to replace my double bellow on the passenger side since Ksport didnt wanna replace them.. i figure they wouldnt mind the bags popping since they will just throw the blame of "you shouldnt drive low anyways"...
Anyways i get after losing a good portion of my paycheck i got the stuff and started the... reinstall.
this is where i found ANOTHER problem with my kit.
Passenger side shock shaft is BENT...
im here freaken pissed off thinking WTF did i do wrong.. contact Ksport not to long ago and they said that either i installed them wrong or was involved in an accident. i dont recall being hit in the front or rear ending anyone that would have caused my front shock to bend.
i install it its not blown and my suspension is taken apart... The car rides funky now that the bent shaft doesnt respond as well as the new one.
anyways today i was thinking to myself... why did the shock blow... so i decided to take apart the driver side bag once more to look and see if anything is bad.
Driver side shock is bent as well. WTFFFFFFFFF.
I dont know if its just me or not or its just a coincidence but this is not cool...
can someone check their shock condition? preferably the front... someone that has driven on their kit for awhile.

ive been pushing their name for quite along time since i was really satisfied with how everything was working... until something started to fail and eventually a domino effect happened on me. Tried to see if ksport would even help but i pretty much got the cold shoulder..
quite sad.

ive already invested $3600+ in this air setup.. :/ going a new route is costly.
who knows though...
EDIT:
Just got a response from Ksport.
I will be sending 2 of my damaged shocks and i will be sent 1 good one. If all goes well i should have 4 functional corners.
(crossing fingers)
