Smile Thinking about lowering my car

Hi people! , i need some help , thinking to lower my car, i bought my GS in 2006, after those years i kinda wana see how its goin-to look lowered lol, not trying to go too low, i guess medium , tired of this 4X4 style lol especially gap in the front uhhh, now can someone tell me how much would it cost to properly lower a car? what else do i need to replace besides shocks and springs? my GS is 2002, 145,000miles.

So i need total amount($) and list with parts.

I think you'll be fine with lowering springs. The springs will set you back approx. $250. You might want to replace the shocks too, especially if you're still on the stock shocks. This would cost you another $250 or so. If you're installing them yourself you'll be able to save some $$. And then you'll need an alignment, which is another $50 or so.

with all of that you have to pay for up top, i think you should go with coilovers. I have tein s tech springs right now, and the drop is minor. If you want to go low then coilovers is the way to go. Springs are cheaper, and do ride nice if youre on a budget though.

I just installed S-Techs myself. I'm happy with the drop (euro S-Techs drop 40mm in the front & 20mm in the rear, even drop though). The front sometimes even scrapes, which it didn't before...
What I like most about the S-Techs is that they barely affected the ride quality.

yeah I have S-Tech also and i have about a finger and a half gap front, and half a finger rear. Springs, installed, and alightment ran be about $500

Depends on your budget...

But your going to replace your shocks and springs, might as well go with coilovers. For a little bit more of money you can play with height and set it to any way you want.
