driver door lock not working

i just recently bought my 2001 gs430 and i have to manually lock my driver door so my keyless entry will work.. what do i have to replace so that can work correctly? please help

Ill help u before someone flames. Its your lock actuator. There is a DIY and a lot of threads on it. Good luck! cheap fix!

mines went out last week did some research and found this on youtube made a lot more sense seeing it actually being done after doing some research....
