A quick thank you to SZA for the great DIY. The binder clips idea was great. Took me about one hour to glue new one back on. I set the new one in place, and then used the binder clips to hold the cover on while I worked out the wrinkles. Used a hot glue gun, gluing each corner in place, and then putting back the binder clip. Once the glue dried, which is only a minute, I could remove the binder clip.

I bought mine from: http://www.ebay.com/itm/1999-2005-LEXUS-GS300-GS400-GS430-REAL-LEATHER-CONSOLE-LID-ARMREST-COVER-TAN-/170901875962?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Model%3AGS400&hash=item27ca8bacfa&vxp=mtr and they are great. The first one did not match the color of my interior, but they quickly found one that would and immediately sent it out. Highly recommended. The texture of the leather was not an exact match, but it was better than a vinyl one that I also tried from Ebay.

Mine still looks new after 11 years. Do you know why??? Because I'm OCD and I place a nice, plush towel neatly folded on my arm rest and drive around like that so the oil/dirt transfers to the towel and not arm rest.
