Default Low RPM's

When I am driving and I come to a stop the RPM's on my car goes down to 0 causing the car to hesitate on acceleration. What could be the problem?

Search button is your friend.

Also, if your RPM goes to zero, your car wouldn't be running.

Low RPM's at idle are usually caused by a dirty MAF (Mass Air Flow Sensor), and a Dirty Throttle Body. There are tutorials on this. It could also be dirty Oxygen Sensors that aren't throwing codes yet.

I have changed all of the oxygen sensors, MAF sensor, and the TB sensor. The spark plugs and wires were also changed.

you sure the spark plug wires are OEM fit? bad fitting can cause rpm drop, as well as ignition coils going bad.

The spark plugs are OEM fit. I got them from the dealership.

Fuel filter? did you get that done? Search for the DIY on that (and read service manual instructions).
It helped with a very slight lag in my car as it looks like you've done everything else.

Or you can also try resetting your ECU to see if that makes a difference (disconnect battery for 30min). It may take some a short time for ecu to relearn; and fair warning about losing your presets.

One final suggestion, maybe run a tankful of high PEA fuel injector cleaner through(Redline/Gumout/amsoil)
