gs400 question

i just pick up a 2000 gs400... i cant decide to keep it or sale it or fix... ive been looking for a motor and there hard to find.. my question is how hard would it be to just put the GE engine in.. just cause there so much easier to find.. or would the cost be around the same as buying a 1uz

I know of one for sale with 60k on it and he's asking 800 obo...just keep it 1uz or swap a ls1 or 2jz
