i got 1999 gs300 i change out the sparkplug but i see that their alot of oil around the sparkplug then when i change out the sparkplug oil leak though inside the hole? so now i crank it up it idle rough and to keep it alive i have to hold the gas? so thinking that the oil got into the cylinder?

I had the same problem, make sure you didn't pinch any if the spark plug wires while putting the throttle body back on. Now for the oil leak on the spark plug just clean it up before putting the new one in. I had the same problem cleaned it as good as I possibly could and when I started the car afterwards, it had blue smoke for like 3 seconds and it was fine.

Change your valve cover gaskets.

Not just change the valve cover gasket, also change the spark plug tube seal. It caused the oil to leak throat the SP tube seal. It is an easy job if you are handyman. Good luck.
