That looks like the Strut Bar Bracket to me. Contact Sewell by email or your local Lexus dealers.

contacted sewell tried to email pics but couldnt get them through can anybody help?

Did they ask you to email the pics? If not go HERE

Fill out the contact form telling them that you need a bolt for the Strut Bar Bracket and that you have a photo if its needed. They will contact you by email if they do not know what you are talking about. You can them send them the picture you took and maybe the one I provided.

I did this with the center channel speaker grille in my car. They emailed me for more details, i sent the picture, they found the part. They know their stuff and are super helpful.

If you need it NOW go to (not call) your local Lexus dealer or to a wrecking yard. I doubt anyone on this forum has the part number for this obscure bolt sitting around.
