Hey CL. I'm getting the 3rd Gen GS 18" x 8 wheels soon. I was curious about about asking this so here it goes. I know mostly everybody that runs these wheels go with 245 40 18 for tire specs. I'm very curious, is ANYBODY RUNNING ON 245 35 18????? Please if you are POST PICS. I'm debating on whether to get the 245 40s or 245 35s all around... I've looked it up as much as I can on here and have seen nothing. Pertaining with those wheels and the 2GS. I've seen cars with the wheels but not these tires. Please anyone? I'm running on bone stock suspension too ☺☺☺☺☺☺☺

35s would look correct on a 20" wheel set up , not on 18s unless you completely slam the car down , in my humble opinion .

Hey guys I'm really new to this forum and am looking for advice on tires for my newly purchased rims. Just bought some niche vicenzas 20x9 +35 fronts and 20x10 +40 rears. Car is a 1998 gs300 stock height so far. What size tires would you recommend? Also Would I need to roll the fenders or anything depending on tires I get? Or not unless I lower it once I get my coil overs .

I hope i can get some information regarding wheel offset.

I have a GS300 MK2 & have recently purchased BC coilovers 8k-10k

I want to get some alloys, and quite like the Euroline DH by Work.

I have no previous experience on aftermarket alloys. Below are the specs. Will I need any spacers or arch rolling? Also, what tyres do you think i could get away with for front and rears?

Rear – 18×10 Offset +23
Front – 18×9 Offset +29

Thanks

18X10.5 25 offset all around ? Worried about the fronts really, not the rear. What tire size and brand can I pull off?

EZ megans coils and megan RCA

Fronts will poke a lot. Another member (Scriber) had 19x9.5 +12 (basically the same effective offset).

+1

Same as what I'm currently running. You'll need to roll and slightly pull the fronts. I'm running a 225/35 but had it pulled enough so that I can run a 19x10 +15 with a 245/35 on my next setup.
