Default Questions about flushness

I just bought some wheels for my GS to use while i save up for my real wheels. The specs are 19x8 and 19x8.5 35 offset all around. I was wondering whould these be flush with the fenders or would i need spacers?

Just gotta do a little math subtract the extra width from the offset.

Lol I want to but I'm lacking tires. I'm gonna test them anyways on Sunday to see how close to the fender they are.

Thats a good idea either way cause it'll also help you know what tire to get...
