Default 98' GS400 trasmission problem, Solenoid 'C" Fault HELP!!!

Hey Guys,

I'm new to this forum and my post may need to be redirected but here it goes. My gs has been havint some trans issues lately, code p0763 to be exact, i am pretty mechanically inclined and done some further tests to try and diag the problem, i believe the no.2 solenoid needs to be replaced, all wiring good, no corrosion, replaced trans fluid and input speed sensor to ensure no obvious problems. the code is intermittant and since the trans work here and there (once every couple days) the code is usually there on startup or when making a 2nd to 3rd gear shift, car has 99k on it very well maintained, code tends to stay away once car is driven 10miles or so after being cleared...any suggestions???

I drew the same code.
Do a search, there are a few threads of people here that had P0763 and P0715.

One guy fixed it without even changing the solenoid i believe.
