To be on topic with LS430 Projector, i'd like to share my retro for my tundra. It has LS430 modified to bi-xenon.

Check it out!

Thanks. Do you happen to remember the name of the flexible hi temp sealant?
Also, great idea on the vent, I need to do that for my fog. If you can recall where you purchase them, that would be awesome!

available at any hardware. probably can use any type of epoxy and/or silicone. same stuff used on the voicecoils of woofers.

I'm raising this thread from the dead, since it's the best retrofit DIY I've seen and people need to know these things lol

Will this work with the factory HID headlights? Will it affect the auto-leveling at all?

Yes it will work, but when you purchase the bracket, you must get the one for the auto-leveling housings. It has a different size 'square' slot on the bottom for the leveler. Also, the part that you trim behind the turn signal will need to be cut a bit more to accommodate the movement of the projector shroud. Best way to do this is install the empty housing with the projectors installed, slide the chrome bezel on and as you get them to level, look where its hitting on the bezel remove and shave a little off, reinstall check the clearance again and uninstall then remove a little etc until its perfect. Its a bit tedious, but well worth it

Just got 93% one with mines. I have the regular non auto leveling headlights with green tinted housings.

The cutting my goodnes! I'm so glad I'm done, took way more times than I thought wow. They are on the car now, just got to align and adjust them.
