Damn Tire Shop!!! FML
Just Got My Car Back From The Paint Shop On Saturday And This Is What Happen Today After I Left The Tire Shop 
They Didnt Tighten The Lugs. I Had To Run Like Half A Mile To Get My Rim Back. My VS Wheel Got Scratched Up Like A **** But Atleast I Got It Back Lol

Damn sorry to see that! Especially after a fresh paint job. Welcome to CL tho.
On a couple side notes, I only go to one tire shop that I trust cuz my brother used to work there, and even then I take the wheels off the car and bring them the wheels instead of letting them have the car and worrying about them messing something up. I hate anyone else handling my car.
The other thing, I know most of the internet shorthand but what does FML stand for?

Wow...bummer...i guess that shop needs to pay attention to details...huh?
Did you notice your lug bolts? One is missing...and the other 4 are bent....WTF?!?!
I hope they check out your rotors too....looks like you skid the asphalt on them. Im thinking the front bumper and side skirts got scraped too.
Work Wheels has a backlog of 3+ months for wheels. I hope your VS-XX can be repaired.

not to slander a shop but a lot of us here live in Southern California (don't say SOCAL) which by your pics looks like you're from. Would it be bad to say they're name so we are aware of their quality control and this problem?
on the lighter side you achieved 1/4 of the slammed looked you were going for.
sorry i had to be a **** and say that ;( honestly i would be livid and raise hell with them) GL with getting it fixed and don't accept anything less than the best for your ride.
