Man that looks nuts, dash removal is on my list when I do the interior. Not looking forward to it.

Nice!! I feel a little better now. Did you have the Lexus shop manual? I might be having to do this soon... my DS carpet is getting wet when I run the AC... HOWEVER... I don't see any dripping under the car when the AC is running, so I'm HOPING it's a clogged evap box drain line... if not, the box is cracked or the seal is hosed.... can you tell me where/how the drain line runs and how I can locate it? If it is cracked or the seal is jacked, do you suppose I would be able to access underneath the evap box well enough to seal it up with some marine epoxy made to seal up underwater bulkhead fittings? Without pulling the dash? Maybe just the center console? I have small hands... any hints on the best way to clear the drain if it's clogged? I suppose air, but I don't want to blast the hose loose from the box.....

Has anyone else attempted this?

Any suggestions?

I believe my box is cracked and/or seal is leaking
