wheel shopping
i currently have a silver gs400 and i'm in the market for a set of wheels.
i've narrowed dowm my wheel choices to the list below. any of the wheels below will work fine but i'm leaning towards the Work D3s. which set would you guys prefer?
Work:
Meister S1 (mirror buff finish)
Varianza D3S (polish)
AME:
Shallen CX (cut clear)
Shallen WX (cut clear)
Super Star Orden (polish)
WEDS Bazreia
WEDS Maverick
NKB Cup (silver polish)

I like the D3s too but you have to have aggressive offsets on those or else you won't be happy with the lip size on the wheels due to how the spokes on the face of the wheel also takes part of the lip.
How aggressive are you going to go with the wheels? I am selling my Leon Hardiritt Herzog too if you're interested.

Tough choice..my comments...
Work:
Meister S1 (mirror buff finish) = bit sporty. only works on sporty themed cars with very aggressive specs, by this i also mean width wise. (i.e. 10"+ all around). I would prob leave these..
Varianza D3S (polish) = nice VIP wheel. due to the full face, never end up with a lot of dish compared to others. but still a nice wheel and not too common like some other Work wheels..
AME:
Shallen CX (cut clear) = tough looking wheel. AME do give good dish for given sizing. probably a better choice than the Meisters if you want a 'chunky' 5 spoker. more sporty than VIP style
Shallen WX (cut clear) = not bad, quite common though. can look a bit cheap if they dont have good dish on them. probably would lean toward the CX over these...
Super Star Orden (polish) = real nice VIP wheel, but quite common and look best in aggressive sizes to accentuate their concave etc. Simply due to their commoness though, id prob go more toward the D3S if you want a VIP type wheel
WEDS Bazreia = too common i think, been done...
WEDS Maverick = Could be nice, quite a new range of wheels. Do you mean the multispoke or the 5 spoke? either way, i think these look a little generic but would look quite cool 'on the roll' in multispoke version..
NKB Cup (silver polish) = definately a cool wheel, dont see it used much even in Japan. i think due it being so simple it really needs to be aggressive with a lot of dish or it may look a bit too 'plain'...
my opinion?
For the VIP look - Work D3S
For the sporty look - AME CX
For something different - NKB Cup
