I see a different color filler! If I can make a suggestion on the primering... if you backtape the area, its easier to sand without that hard primer line. I like how you get that metal real tight before welding, some people don't do that and have all kinds of dips and wave issues.

Yep, that's what finishing putty/glaze is for. You're already painting, but for those who are working on it, remember to use as little as possible, sanding after, and doing a progressive finish (1500 grit, 2k grit).
Oh, and why blur the plate now? Hehehehe
