got an oil change today with the 15k or 1 year service period on this Mobil 1 full syn.
car runs extremely smooth and is a lot more quiet. noticeable difference. quiet on the rear end; not engine. I recommend.
got some torque masters on order as well. Star series.
and im finally going to get these 20" Spirits Vientrays put on. this will be the 5th set of shoes for this ride. and by far the nicest. x-)

nice wheels brother...but i vote you take your OWN new pic of the spirits instead of recycling mine! considering i never really bothered to post pics of those things mounted up for the year i had them, it's only fair that you dont do it for me now that they're gone..hahaA. keep in touch with your progress kid. good luck.

So i've been using Mobil 1 Fully Sync oil and change it every 4k miles im I wasting my money? If so how long do you think I can go with it?
I know that my 2007 Mercedes C350 Sport can go like a whole year or 13k miles with Mobil 1 Fully Sync

oil
i always wanted to use syst mobil 1 oil.... my car has 169k miles when the engine is cold is sounds good when it warms up it has a slight ticking sound ....i just changed the oil so i wonder if the mobil 1 would make the ticking sound stop... i heard that it will make the gasket leak or something becuase the motor is not used to it and old? can i go from regular castrol gtx 10-30 to full mobil synt oil? i really dont want any leaks so i just been playing it safe help

doesn't matter on the age of the motor. You could have 1,000,000 on it, and if you do not have blow by 5w30 is fine. If your piston rings are shot like they are on my Mustang, you can run 20w50 and it still won't make a difference.
I'd stick with 5w30 since that's what Lexus calls for. And unless you are running some high hp motor, the only gains in hp I have ever seen have been from Royal Purple and that was like 4-5 hp at the wheels.
