Default G4 Owners - do you believe this?

Was at the RMM website and was checking out the G4 exhaust system and saw this printed there....

Quote:
"The RMM Polished Stainless Steel Exhaust System, coupled with a RMM Air Intake, is a great place to start for added horsepower and enthusiastic engine sounds. These 2 upgrades have shown a 20-25 horsepower increase in the GS400!" unquote.

I say no way..... maybe 10-12hp is more realistic... and that's if using both as a system together. No doubt they contribute to a higher rate of intake & exhaust because the engine uses less of it's own hp to pull in air and then push out the exhaust gases...

Any G4 owners in the house that are getting what RMM is claiming by using these?

I'd love it if this was anywhere near being true !!

Fyi, I'll be looking seriously at RMM products as his shop is only about 15 min from my house.

Thx for any input.

Default hit or miss

Did they post any dynos to back up that claim.?
I have called them in the past-it is a hit or miss type of thing. Sometimes you get someone that understands Lexus cars-the other times some joker answers the phone that swears their performance lug nuts will give you 30hp.
I do like the way their intake looks.

I wouldn't buy RMM...I just got the exhaust...looks MUCH better in pictures...I don't even think it is full stainless...I had to paint parts of it.

RMM intake is a POS!!!! the only thing I would get from them is there bodykits since there urathane, and maybe the LSD since they use the supra LSD but not there intake or there exaust, I used to have there intake and it felt like it slowed down my car
