Default As promised pics of new suspension install!!!!!!

Ok guys here you got, this is the install for Tein SS coils ans strut brace on my 02 gs300 today, just got home so excuse some night shots:







note the caliper holding tool




looks just slightly better eh?


look ma no springs lol


dirty job good thing I didnt have to do it!

note the arm retention tool

putting my ***** back together lol


so the strut bar is supposed to fit over the engine cover, yea no...

had to take of the cover cause it was rattling like a sonovabeyatch

strut brace with engine cover off - damn i need to clean that:

much better than the 5 finger gap i had before

wait those teins dont come with uppermounts? that sucks. how much do they cost?

More than enough height adjustment for me, not all of us wipe our butts with $100 bills. Its a 2" drop in the front and 1.5 rear on the highest setting. Another 1.5 to go in front and 2 in rear.

I love it, it drives like a go kart now but still very close to factory comfort. Once the exhaust comes in on Friday Ill got a bit lowest still but those HKS have HUGE cans so want to make sure I'm not dragging my ***** on the ground.
