How do I remove the wood pieces from the doors?
any good DIY link on removal of wood center and door trims to install blackwood trim. tried searching but with no luck

Top of my head, there are screws in the door, after unscrewing the door will hang so make sure you have something to prop it on. Then you can unscrew the wood. There is a screw behind the door handle and one in the black rubber housing circle in the front of the door.
If I remember the console you slip a screwdriver by the end of the console by the buttons and pop up.
