New here. Just got a 300 with 268k. Needs a vvti sensor, fuel pump sending unit, and wheel bearings. Other then that, it has been great so far. I like seeing high mileage cars on here. I'm 100% new to these cars so it gives me hope that I didn't pick up a nightmare at this mileage

For those with high mileage 2001s and newer, have you had to replace your ball joints or had ball joint failures like the 98-00 GS X00s?

2002 and had to replace ball joints at 118,000 miles (no failure but noise and play)

245k................2001 GS300 (bought it with 199k) apparently first timing belt was done at 180k, smooth as silk minus a little creaking from front (assuming ball joints?)

I have a 98 with 313k on it. I think I did my ball joints around 200k.
