Default 225/55/16 - What Tire To Choose?

we are getting new tires... what to get?

AVS Sport is most appealing looks wise to me, but i realize the tire shoudn't be about looks

S0-3 is very nice but im concerned about tire wear....

basicly i want an ultra high performance tire, but one that doesn't sacrifice wet road handling (nitto street drag tire)

what tire would you guys suggest?

its between the AVS Sport and S0-3 right now. I'm looking for a tire that is quite stiff because since i have such high sidewalls i want a stiff tire to get least sidewall flex possible. Noise is not a factor considering i have exhaust/intake. Thanks guys.

Why not? The performance increase as far as road handling for the stock tire dimesions (225/50-16) will be marginal either way. I would get the AVS and save some cash. When you move up to 18+ and want some extra added performance, get the SO3's.

I'm pretty sure the tread wear on both is the same, 220AA A.

Having tried every thing out there, I strongly recommend the S03.
