Check engine light, code p0161 help

so i've had a check engine light on for a couple weeks now and i've finally got my hands on an OBD II tester. anyways, i ran the tester and P0161: oxygen sensor heater circuit malfunction (bank 2 sensor 2). anyone know how i can DIY this?

That would the be the sensor on the back of the cat. converter. There are 2 cats. It's the last cat.
