Trust me, you don't want to see a pic of a 2GS with 20's on stock suspension . It's horrible! But if you must, do a search, I've seen posted pics somewhere.

I don't have pics to post, but I have to disagree with "horrible" MUCH better with lowered suspension, but with stock, not too bad, I suppose it depends a lot on the wheel, and your taste.....

I see them all of the time around town and the set up is not bad. The cars look better rimmed up. With the stock ride height at least it will still float like a lexus.

Post a pic and prove it! Jk, I hated every second that I had 20s on stock suspension. If I am not mistaken, I believe the GS4 sits a tad lower from the factory than the GS3? I thought I read that on here a long time ago...Either way, I agree. Just because you lower your car, doesn't mean you have to slam it. There are plenty of good examples here of guys with a small drop and big wheels sittin nice. Its all about minimizing that wheel gap.

I'm going to have to agree with him, no reason to change out wheels if your car is only going to look worse

Agreed, i've always thought if the fender gap is bigger than the sidewall it's gonna look terrible. Obviously less fender gap is better but you can get away with some gap depending on the size of the wheels and tires. You won't have much sidewall with 20's and the fender gap will look huge.

so i spent 3k on wheels and tires and put them on with stock height im about to take them off cause it looks dumb at stock height i would highly reccommend u lower first two inches no less

I'va been wanting to see pics of this as well because we have too many potholes and speed bumps and stuff for me to have a low car...

It's not that bad, you just gotta be more careful. The potholes are gonna have to be avoided with 20's regardless of ride height and you just need to slow down for speedbumps and angle up sharp driveways. I'm on 20's and Tanabe DF-210's (2" drop F 1.5" R) and have no driveability issues as long as I'm smart about how I drive.

Thanks man. I'll be honest, I don't think it looks that bad.

I'm not lowering so it's stock 18's or 20's and dealing with the gap.

Don't be fooled, the GS in the pic posted is black, so you really can't see the fender gap. If it was a white or a silver, you would really notice the 4x4 height. But either way, good luck and I hope you enjoy your GS .

BTW, even if I was on stock wheels, I'd still lower the GS
