You know that is already someones design, and you are taking it, and copying it, and making it into a shirt, and selling it, in which you need to pay royalties to the person who first designed it, right?

This would not be a good idea, if the originator of the design found out, especially since he makes/made shirts.

You need to get a hold of him and get his permission first.
