Somewhat, you just have to look for where the display is screwed onto, and remove it. Otherwise, same thing :]

You'll also have to remove the brackets on the sides of the unit to take it apart. It's all being held by brackets on each side.

My radio lcd screen works, but the green backlighting is out. I have the two bulbs I was told it takes to fix it. Would this be the way I would get to those bulbs in my GS4?

Looks fairly straightforward to me.

Pretty much. You would have to get to the back lighting, find the bulbs, and replace them. Easy like cheese
