I Have 30% on the windshield with 5% on the rest of the car. And it is dark to see in so every cop notices you. I had a friend in Florida who had a white on tan GS. He had 30% on his windshield and got busted for it twice both within a couple of days of getting it done since it stood out so much on white. Then he got 50% and has not gotten any tickets so for. Thanks Greg...

Only side pic i have... It's not a good pic of the tint because of the overcast made everything really reflective
I didn't do the windshield initially. When I did, it definately made the sides significantly darker, not as dark as 20%.. and light enough where cops can still see your face.
I've had this for about 3 years (60k miles) in MD and never had any trouble with cops.

It seems other people do have some trouble seeing with the 35% . . I never have had any trouble... the only time I really have any trouble at all is if its pitch black out and raining.. but then again I have better than 20-20 vision. If you're really worried about it I would go with 50%. I personally will probably do 35% all around and 50% windshield on my next car.
If you are worried about cops, you can always let more light in through the sunroof so they can see you better.
