i'd pick PIAA, even they might be not the "bluest" but they'll server you longer, all other is chinese crap, made in hong kong or somethin like that.. look on ebay they sometimes have those rare japenese 9006, get them they are so much better.. i remeber i had them they were the brightest that's for sure... while every one had 55/60 80/80 or 100/110 the most mine was 130/170 
and blue also HYPER .. i think those are the bluest ..
