Default I need some quick answers for an A/C issue!

i have a 1999 GS300. my a/c was working fine last week coming back from a 8 hour road trip, but the next day my a/c stopped working. It would blow air, just not cold air or even cool. The heater still works, and the clutch on the belt is spinning when i turn the unit on, as well as the fan. I figured the problem was low refrigerant, but when i bought a can of ezchill r-134a w/ oil+leak sealer, but used the gauge (that came with it) to read the low pressure psi first. I was astonished that my low pressure was running at 100-105psi with the engine on and off. And the a.c. unit on and off. i have not checked the high pressure yet. No light indicator has come on, if i have any. My roomate thinks their is a blockage somewhere between the low pressure and the compressor thats causing the issue. I need to fix this as soon as possible b.c. i leave for another 8 hour road trip tomorrow. What do you guys think is causing this? What would be my best option to fix it? and if so, could i do it myself without having to buy many tools? thank you all for reading!

with the a/c running, check the bubble glass at the receiver dryer and see if it's clear. If it's cloudy or you see bubbles, most likely, you got a leak/moisture in the system..

i think i found the watch glass, its small and right next to the high pressure valve (in the front left of the car, infront of the radiator). if im correct, there was no bubbles at all, in fact no movement in the glass, i could see liquid inside but it wasnt moving, just vibrating b.c. of the engine. i hope this helps. thanks
