Use Toyota Long Life Coolant 50/50. Buy a gallon of that and just mix half coolant and half water. The is a twisting screw right underneath the middle of the radiator that is where you drain the coolant.

There is a "butterfly type" screw at the bottom of the radiator, unscrew it and allow all the fluid to drain.
Now if you want to flush the system grab a hose turn on the car and allow it to heat up enough for the thermostat to open up and allow the hose water to flow through the system and drain at the bottom. Then button everything up and refill

I wouldn't dilute the coolant with regular water... spend a buck and get distilled water.
