Will these wheels fit a 2nd gen GS? i dont want to do any fender mod...
need some help guys. did some searching on CL to see if i could find any info but no luck.
I am looking at a set of work eurolines
specifications are
18x9.0 with OFFSET 25 on all fours.
are these aggressive or conservative? i checked Romini's wheel fitment guide but couldn't place them in any category.
will these fit my GS without any modifications?
i plan on running 245/40/18 tires all round also. Would this be an issue.
i dont want to do any fender mods.
here is what the rims look like:
thanks

i am on Tein CS coilovers and i will be having 1 or 2 inches gap allround.
i really dont want low profile tires cos the roads here are not excatly nice and i drive this car every single day.
so fitment without any fender mods shouldn't be a problem? And with 245/40/18 tires?
can anyone tell me what it mmight llook like physically: flush? tucked? sitting outside fender?
please advise before i jump and buy rims that dont fit or realize i have to do fender mod(dont want to)
thanks

hm depends on camber as well. rear will be fine, probably a little sunken but with the chunky tyre it should look okay.
i have 19x9 +27 with -2 camber and 235/35 tyres and get occassional rub up driveways on angles. so provided you run a bit of camber and arent too low you should be about right. Front will be a little sunk but again with the bigger tyre it will probably look alright

oh and one more thing ...i thought i wanted to be hassle free and blah balh no mods this and that. with that said i wish i had done more research and got more aggressive offsets and widths , its not hard to shave the fenders and not have rub.
Needless to say now im looking for new ones

thanks alot guys....
am going to go for it. i was going to settle for 19s but i like a little bit of speed/hate sluggishness on cars when moving or starting off and i drive the car every single day... so what said to myself was that i would get what siz ecame first in any wheel that i found desirable.
if they are too small, i will live with it.....lol
afterall, at one time i thought i would never get past 17s..

you will be fine in the rear. the front may rub some. depends on what brand tire you go with. some are fatter than others. i suggest running a mild stretch in the front. the front wheel will probably stick out just a tad from the fender.
check out an old thread of mine. i'm 18x9 -30 and 9.5 -28
i dont rub at all and i'm flush.
