I want to purchase a Lexus GS300 (2001-2005) and I was just curious of which color you guys prefer and think is the best.

I am leaning towards a pearl white or silver color with a black interior but would be interested to know your opinions.

Also, what is the exact name of the "pearl white" colored Lexus GS300? I looked online and found out that the Lexus GS300's have 2 types of white exteriors. The Parchment and the crystal white. Is "Pearl White" considered one of these colors?

Crystal white was from 98-99 or 2000 I believe. From then on it's been pearl white. You're going to be hard pressed to find a white on black 2GS, it's very, very rare. Favorite colors for a 2GS are black, graphite and blue, not necessarily in that order.

98 99 is diamond white pearl
00-05 is crystal white pearl

black white or silver. silver brings out most of the gs' lines, and this car has some really nice lines.

silver, black, cherry, white, charcoal, blue, and the rest follow randomly...in that order (of course mod'd).

What is the difference between the "Parchment crystal pearl" and the regular "crystal white pearl"? Anyone have any pics?

pearl white with black is my fav. good luck though i looked for like 4-5 months. never even found one. i got the silver, and like previously stated it does show the lines the best (exspecially over the fenders). i also really like the charcoal, but that too is pretty rare. search the threads for different colors, after all your gunna be the one who drives it.

I've got a thing for black, the only other color I would've bought was the Spectra Blue Mica but I think that was only 98-00, I could be wrong tho.

I'd take white over silver personally. I love a white GS with chrome trunk bar and door handles and proper wheels and stance.

P.S. this thread suks, erryone just gonna pick their own color so why even ask? Oh and for those that wanna dis the basic colors like "silver" keep in mine that yours ONLY pops cause we're out there.
