Default Running Rough

A decent day in a cold and snowy month in Iowa. I took my GS300 to the car wash and spent over an hour cleaning it. This included hosing down the engine compartment. Afterwards I ran a couple of errands, feeling satisfied that my car looked and ran so great.
About 3 hours later my wife and I got in it to run a few more errands. Immediately it was running rough. I figured I got something wet that I shouldn't have. I thought driving it and letting it warm up would solve the problem but 2 blocks down the street the check engine light started flashing so I turned around and came home. It's only going to be 37 tomorrow but I plan on taking my code reader out to see what it says.
Does anyone know of a common issue that may cause this instead of moisture? If anyone is confident it's the moisture issue, where is it most likely originating from.
I've got to be honest. I've never had this happen, even in the days of my 70 Chevelle. Of course I would always cover the distributor in it.::https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/pat.gif

CEL flashing means severe misfire. Check spark plugs, coils and injectors.

Check for water around the spark plugs and coils. As it dries out it should clear up. GL

Can be OIL level sensor, Ignition coils, definitely has to do with you hosing down the compartment.
