Valve Cover Gasket

You're gonna have some fun on this project 
It involves removing the intake, then remove the throttle body, remove y-pipe. Then remove all the screws and bolts on the valve covers and then they should pull off. You will have to reapply silicone sealant on the front on the first camshaft cap. For me it's about a 45min-1hr job and I've done this many many times. For a first timer expect to spend a few hours figuring out where all the stuff is
I actaully just did this for someone else this past weekend. I should of taken pictures so I can write a DIY guide, but I was too busy doing the whole 90k service maintenance. I didn't get a chance to take any pictures which I kinda regret. Oh well, there's always a next time.

Check to make sure that there is no crack on the oil hose. You'll have fun by doing this yourself, it's an exciting experience..Take some pics so that you'll remember to diy next time..

It seems like the 400 is a big problem.
I Think I am having this problem. The car is running fine. That's why I don’t think is the head gaskets. The car is not blowing any smoke.
Only the engine bay is blowing smoke, but that is due to the oil dripping somewhere on the exhaust manifold or pipes.
I would imagine that is not a DIY job. I actually would not want to mess with my car right now. It is like 30 degrees out here.
Any help or suggestions would be highly appreciated.

I though I was having a leak from the valve covers. But I was not. Anyways they were all loose. Just take a ratchet and a 10 mill socket and tighten them. It is very easy to do. If that does not fix the problem then you need new gaskets.
