Default Piggyback

Is there a piggy back that will control air/fuel and engine control? (ie rpm limits etc..) and if there are a few, which one would you recommend (and i am looking for the best bang for my buck...I just bought a full set of snap-on tools for my automotive classes...sooooo im not exactly looking to spend a ton...)

apexi AFC-neo, will run you about 3-400, but will offer excellent adjustability. Most guys run this in conjunction with a K&N intake to replicate the effect of the SRT, most of the time with great results.

Just get it installed and dyno tuned by a good shop or install it yourself and get it dyno tuned correctly and you should be able to see some decent gains.

that i do not believe it does...it is strictly an a/f tuner. I'm not just sure anyone makes a unit to alter shift points on our cars outside of doing a full factory ecu reflash

If you are looking for a A/F controller, then go with Camcon. You will get the bonus of a VVT controller as well, that would be the best bang for your buck.
As for shifting, raising the rev, only a stand alone ecu can do that and not all of them can, so that means some serious $ will have to be spent.

Only a standalone will allow you to raise the rev limit. The stock ecu will let you wind out the gears higher if you have a raised rev limiter. I currently have my limiter set at 7600rpm and the car shifts at around 7400rpm if I just leave it in D and gun it.

stand alone and re flashing are the ways to raise the limiter, unless your going f/i i don't think there are many advantages to raising the limit.
