This thread is not about how efficient the V8 or V6 is. Neither is it about how efficient your car is or how much MPG u are getting out of a full tank. Its just about how much we spend on gas weekly period. Whether u are a "heavy foot" driver or not, or u rarely drive your GS or not or whatnot. Just post how much u spend on gas on the GS. I want to have an idea of what my fellow GS owners spend weekly. Doesn't matter how many times u drive it in a week or how many times u fill up during the week. Just add it all up and post how much comes out of your pocket and into the gas tank weekly...

My GS is my daily driver and even though i have 2 other cars, I really can't stop the urge to drive the GS everytime i have to drive. Truth be told my other 2 cars don't even get started or driven for up periods like 3 weeks at a time.
During the week i just drive to work and back.So for the life of me where does the money go. Maybe its those random driving i just do or the heavy foot i have when i see empty space in front of me.
I know my sister has a GS too and i seen her use a full tank for almost a month. For me a full tank lasts only maybe 3 days
I find myself spending between $100-$130 on gas weekly.
How much do u spend weekly on gas?

It is about one full tank, may be a little bit more, so i would say $80/week for me.

I average just under $100/week. It depends upon how many sunny days there are in the week as to how much of that goes into the GS. She don't come out in the rain

If i'm working at home/nearby could be as little as $20/wk

If i'm offsite and driving back and forth it could be $130/wk

ever since gas prices went soaring, i apply this to all my cars and force the stretch.

Damn, am amazed at what some people who claim the GS to betheir daily drivers spend. I need to stop driving pointlessly. If i can get my average/week tounder $90, i swear i will not even care that a V8 is uneconomical and not for this current economy.
when u say u make it strecth, do u use tactics like letting the car roll freely when on a slope, or speeding then taking foot off gas etc...what do u practice?

about 3/4 tank (i never let it drop below 1/4) every week and a half or so...so 65 per week and a half, about 45 a week (daily driver)
